摘要
具有免疫增强作用的前10位中药为人参、当归、甘草、枸杞子、茯苓、金银花、蒲公英、沙棘、鱼腥草和山药。药食两用中药具有多靶点、多途径、多层次免疫增强作用的优势,但在分析、总结相关文献时发现,存在以下不足之处:(1)当前对常用药食两用中药从扶正祛邪角度进行的免疫增强作用研究多集中在动物实验和体外细胞实验,临床应用性研究相对欠缺,亟须开展大量多中心、大样本的随机对照临床试验;(2)现有结果多从扶正、祛邪中药的功效出发,结合具体免疫器官、分子或指标进行验证性探讨,而对于其增强机体免疫功能具体机制尚缺乏深入的阐释;(3)文献中关于药材多糖成分的研究较多,一味中药往往含有多种有效成分,其他化学成分免疫增强作用的研究有待继续挖掘。(4)大多人群多从滋补身体、预防疾病的角度进行选择应用,而食材营养功效的相关研究一直缺乏证据支持。今后,应开展多中心、大样本的随机对照临床研究,且进一步对药食两用中药的营养功效进行深入研究。
Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Gouqizi(Fructus Lycii),Fuling(Poria),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae),Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci),Shaji(Fructus Hippophae),Yuxingcao(Herba Houttuyniae),and Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)are the top 10 Chinese medicinals for enhancing immunity.The Chinese medicinals for both medicine and food has the advantages of multi-target,multi-channel and multi-level immune enhancement.However,when analyzing and summarizing the relevant literature,we have found that there are the following shortcomings:(1)At present,the research on the immune enhancement of Chinese medicinals for both medicine and food from the perspective of strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors mainly focuses on animal experiments and in vitro cell experiments,and the clinical application research is relatively insufficient,It is urgent to carry out a large number of multi-center,large sample randomized controlled clinical trials.(2)Most of the existing results are based on the efficacy of Chinese medicinals in strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,combined with specific immune organs,molecules or indicators,but lack of in-depth study on the specific mechanism of enhancing immune function.(3)There are many researches on polysaccharides in Chinese medicinals in the related literature,but a kind of Chinese medicinal often contains a variety of effective components,and the research on the immune enhancement effect of its chemical components needs to be explored.(4)Most people choose Chinese medicinals from the perspective of nourishing body and preventing diseases,but the nutritional efficacy of medicines is lack of verification.In the future,multi-center,large sample randomized controlled trials should be carried out to further strengthen the research on the nutritional efficacy of Chinese medicinals for both medicine and food.
