摘要
扩展现实(Extended Reality,XR)技术在医学领域的应用近年增长迅猛,在医疗实践和医学教学中引入扩展现实技术成为提升未来医院竞争力的必要措施。目前教学医院临床教学管理面临学生重视度下降、兴趣不足、教学资源不足、MDT-PBL教学法的局限等众多问题需要解决,扩展现实技术可以补充MDT-PBL教学法的不足,从多个方面提高临床教学管理的质量,扩展现实技术应用于教学,是教育管理发展的一次飞跃。各大教学医院应该顺应时代的要求,积极投身到扩展现实的临床教学管理的战略布局之中。
The application of Extended Reality(XR)in the field of medicine has been growing rapidly in recent years.It has become a necessary measure to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals in the future to introduce the Extended Reality technology into medical practice and medical teaching.At present,the clinical teaching management of teaching hospitals is faced with many problems to be solved,such as the decrease of students’attention,lack of interest,lack of teaching resources and the limitation of MDT-PBL teaching method.The expansion of realistic technology can supplement the deficiency of MDT-PBL teaching method,improve the quality of clinical teaching management from many aspects,and expand the application of realistic technology to teaching.It is a leap in the development of education management.Major teaching hospitals should adapt to the requirements of the times and actively participate in the strategic layout of expanding the reality of clinical teaching management.
