扭力冲击器在海洋6-1钻井提速中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 海洋6-1井下部井段井筒内温度高、可钻性差,下部井段地层机械钻速(ROP)低,同时作业时间跨度大、整体作业成本高,通过对业内改善钻头破岩效率提高机械钻速各项技术的调研,优选了扭力冲击器开展提高钻头破岩效率的探索与应用。扭力冲击器整体结构设计合理,其内部没有橡胶材质的零部件,没有电子类的零部件,能满足高温高压地层的使用要求,稳定性良好。通过作业过程中各项操作指标的优化,由于其不需要对当前的钻井作业工艺和各种技术装备进行改造,在海洋6-1井的使用过程中钻头破岩效率得到了明显改善,机械钻速实现了翻倍。 Due to high temperature and poor drillability in the lower section of well Haiyang 6-1,the ROP of the lower section is low,the operation time span is long and the overall operation cost is high.Based on the investigation of various technologies to improve the rock breaking efficiency and ROP of bit in the industry,the torque impactor is used to improve the rock breaking efficiency of bit in the lower section of well Haiyang 6-1.The overall structure design of the torque impactor is reasonable,and there are no rubber parts and electronic parts in it,it can meet the use requirements of high temperature and high pressure formation and has good stability.Because it does not need to reform the current drilling operation technology and various technical equipment,through the optimization of various operation indexes in the operation process,the rock breaking efficiency of bit has been significantly improved and the ROP has been doubled in the use of well Haiyang 6-1.
