复合弯管成型工艺及性能特点研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 基于我国流体输送工业用耐蚀耐磨复合弯管的现状,综述了以钢管为基管的几类常用复合弯管的制造成型工艺、性能特点和质量控制方法。其中钢管种类包括陶瓷材料复合弯管、高分子材料衬里复合弯管、堆焊耐蚀合金复合管弯管、复合板直缝焊热煨弯管和铸造双金属复合弯管。在综合了各种弯管特点的基础上,对相关标准规范、热处理工艺及质量检验提出了建议。 Based on the current situation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant composite elbows used in fluid transportation indus⁃try in China,the manufacturing process,performance characteristics and quality control methods of several kinds of common composite elbow based on steel pipe are summarized.The steel pipe types include ceramic composite elbow,polymer lining composite elbow,built-up welding corrosion-resistant alloy composite elbow,straight seam welding hot bending elbow of composite plate and casting bi⁃metal composite elbow.Some suggestions on relevant standards,heat treatment process and quality inspection are put forward on the basis of synthesizing the characteristics of all kinds of elbow pipes.
