摘要
SHS过程中出现的金属液相包括参入化学反应和不参入化学反应两种情况,本文通过反应过程动力学研究,分析了参入反应的金属液相对SHS过程的作用.采用扩散模型和溶解一析晶模型,对SHS过程出现的二类不同反应机理进行了解释.在SHS过程中加入不参入反应的金属,其在合成过程中形成的金属液相对燃烧参数有较大的影响.从反应中间层、液相中的溶解和析晶、传质等角度对其影响机理进行了分析.
Two ldnds of metal liquids (reactive and noreactive) exist in SHS reaction. The effect of reactive metal liquid on the SHS process was studied in the view of reaction linetics. Two different kinds of controlling mechanisms appeared in the SHS process were analyzed by diffsion and dissolution- precipitation models.The noreaCtive metal liquid may have great effect on the combustion parameters, which was analyzed by the establishment of a wall cell model.
