摘要
采用一种先进的材料制备工艺——自蔓延-熔制技术(SHS—Melting Process)制备了Ni_3Al-TiC金属-非金属复合材料。其力学性能优异,常温断裂韧性达56Mpa m^(1/2),1000℃和1100℃高温弯曲分别达788MPa和526MPa。用电子探针技术及X-ray衍射技术研究了这种复合材料的微观结构,表明TiC相分布均匀,且颗粒细小,是一种很有发展前途的高温结构材料。
Ni_3Al-TiC composites were prepared by an advanced process (SHS--Melting Process). The properties of the materials are very good,the high-temperature bending strength σ_(1000℃) =788MPa, σ_(1100℃)=526MPa, and fracture toughness k_(IC)=56MPa m^(1/2). The microstructure of the materials were studied with X-ray diffraction and Electronic Porbe technique. The results show that TiC particles are fine(about 3μm),and statistically uniformly disperse in Ni_3Al matrix. It is an ad- vanced high-temperature structure material.
