The King Min's Tomb is located in the Longquanshan area of Wuhan. It is a typical official architectural site of the Ming Dynasty and one of the largest sites in this area.It was built in the middle of the Ming Dynasty and was destroyed in the late Ming Dynasty. At present, the Hubei Provincial Government has promulgated the Implementation Plan for the Heritage and Development Project of the Jingchu Great Site. The King Chu's Tombs in the Ming Dynasty of Longquan Mountain where the King Min's Tomb is located has also been successfully selected as an archaeological site park of the Ming Dynasty. And it occupies an important position in this site park.Taking the main building Xiangdian in the King Min's Tomb as an example,we restore its construction ruler by field surveying, consulting historical documents and related building restoration data.In addition, based on the calculation method of the Length and width from the Engineering Practices of the Qing Dynasty and the range of the Doukou and Cuandang from the Ming Dynasty Official Building Structural Carpentry,a new Doukou calculation method is formed by checking the measured column net data, which is suitable for Doukou restoration of official architecture in the middle and later period of Ming Dynasty. And the digital virtual construction of the Xiangdian is carried out to explore the theoretical and practical value of the restoration work.
