摘要 依据基于模型定义(Model Based Definition,MBD)的船舶虚拟建造技术是对船舶设计技术的创新。通过选取液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船船体分段建造的重要工艺环节,基于统一的三维模型,根据船舶建造工艺流程,在实船建造前开展基于三维模型的虚拟仿真验证,动态分析船舶中间产品的可制造性以优化工艺设计,打通船舶产品设计(Ship Product Design,SPD)三维模型在三维完整性建模设计、虚拟仿真、生产中的数据链路,形成基于三维模型的产品设计、工艺设计和建造仿真技术方案,可有效降低现场返工率、提升船舶建造效率和质量。 The ship virtual construction technology according to Model Based Definition(MBD)is an innovation of ship design technology.Through selecting the important process links of hull section construction of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)ship,based on the unified three-dimensional model,and according to the ship construction process,the virtual simulation verification based on the three-dimensional model is performed before the real ship construction,the manufacturability of ship intermediate products is dynamically analyzed to optimize the process design,the data link of Ship Product Design(SPD)three-dimensional model in the three-dimensional integrity modeling design,virtual simulation,and production is opened up,and the product design,process design and construction simulation technology scheme based on the three-dimensional model is formed,which can effectively reduce the on-site rework rate and improve the efficiency and quality of ship construction.
