摘要
20世纪60~70年代以来,再生设计理论在西方国家萌生发展,它的理论核心与东方哲学的生态智慧不谋而合。该文以葫芦岛药王庙镇养老社区概念规划为例,结合景观再生的生态智慧,从景观再生模式、策略和技术方法三个层面对规划实践进行论述,讨论景观再生策略在生态规划实践中的应用,探求养老社区生态、经济和社会效益协同发展的规划途径。
Since the 1960s and 1970s,the theory of regenerative design has been developed and perfected by researches and practices done by experts and scholars in various fields.Taking the concept plan of comprehensive senior living community in Huludao Yaowangmiao Town as an example,by using the WSPT pyramid model of landscape regeneration,from three levels of process,strategy and technical method,we analyze and discuss practical application of the ecological wisdom of regeneration development strategy,and then explore a planning approach which can make the community's ecological economy and social benefits maximization.
