摘要
本文从淘汰低效电机及电机系统、制修订电机及电机系统能效标准、加快推广高效电机及电机系统、实施相关工程和行动计划等方面梳理了"十三五"期间国家相关部门发布的高效电机及电机系统推广政策,系统地分析了高效电机及电机系统推广的部分措施,总结了高效电机及电机系统推广过程中存在的高效电机价格偏高、电机系统节能改造重设备轻系统、用户缺乏专业的电机系统技术改造能力、示范引领作用不突出等问题,并针对问题进行分析,提出了加强市场引导和政策扶持、从系统角度加强电机节能技术改造、鼓励发展第三方节能技术服务机构、制定详细的典型企业示范规程及建立示范平台等政策建议。
Polices on promoting high-efficiency motor and motor system during the 13th Five Year Plan period were arranged by this paper in terms of elimination of low efficiency motor and motor system,revision of energy efficiency standard for motor and motor system,speed up the promotion of high efficiency motor and motor system and implement related projects and action plans.The measures of promoting high efficiency motor and motor system are analyzed.Main problem met on promoting high efficiency motor an motor system such as high price on high efficiency motor and motor system,think little of motor system than equipment while reforming motor system,lack of professional capacity on reforming motor system,the demonstration case works bad were analyzed.Suggestion such as strengthen market guidance and policy support,think highly of system transformation on energy saving of motor,promote the development of third-party energy saving technology service institutions,put forward detailed demonstration regulations for typical enterprises and establish demonstration platform were put forward.
