摘要 对水泵机组能效检测结果作符合性声明时,通常缺乏测量不确定度的相关分析,使得判定结果的置信度较低。为了实现水泵机组能效检测结果精确评价的目标,以某型热水供热侧循环水泵为研究对象,开展能效检测工作,基于检测结果进行测量不确定度评定,通过研究电机运行效率、水泵机组运行效率以及水泵机组吨•百米耗电量的数学模型及不确定度传播率,引入设备不确定度来源,最终计算出能效检测结果的扩展不确定度,有效解决了水泵机组能效检测中涉及的多维度测量不确定度量化分析问题。采用的分析方法、分析过程及结论可作为同类型能效检测符合性声明的一般性参考。 When statement of conformity is made to energy efficiency test results of water pump sets,the lack of relevant analysis of measurement uncertainty makes the confidence of judgment results low.To achieve the accurate evaluation of energy efficiency test results of water pump sets,the paper,taking the hot water heating-side circulating water pump as the research object,carries out energy efficiency test and evaluates measurement uncertainty based on test results.After making research on the operation efficiency of motor and water pump sets,and the mathematical model and uncertainty propagation rate of water pump sets ton•hectometer power consumption,the paper introduces the sources of equipment uncertainty and finally calculates extended uncertainty of energy efficiency test results,which solves the problem of quantitative analysis of multi-dimension measurement uncertainty happening in the energy efficiency test of water pump sets.The analytical method,process and conclusion adopted in the paper can be used as the general reference for statement of conformity of the same-type energy efficiency test.
