摘要
减压阀是管输系统中控制流量、压力等参数的关键设备。我国某长输成品油管道采用美国CCI公司迷宫式减压阀,由于减压阀使用不当,该阀门在管道投产几年后工作状态发生异常,表现在流量为750 m3/d工况下减压阀开度逐渐减小且在PID控制模式下调节不稳定,对阀门拆解后发现故障根本原因为迷宫阀笼下部损坏。通过对减压阀工作原理进行分析,得到阀笼受损原因为阀芯同时受到管道内杂质磨蚀与流体气蚀。根据现场具体情况,分别选择了堵塞受损流道和阀笼倒置的维修与处理方法,通过比较维修前后减压阀特性曲线的变化可知,两种方法均可使管道在当前工况正常运行,维修后的减压阀实际工作状态运行平稳、恢复正常。最后对维修方式的实用性和适应性进行了评价,这对于国产设备研发工作有着重大的指导意义。
Pressure reducing valve is the key equipment to control flow,pressure and other parame-ters in pipeline systems.Labyrinth pressure reducing valves made by US CCI company are used in a cer-tain product pipeline in China,due to the improper use of pressure reducing valve,they have been of abnormal working conditions for only several years after commissioning.Under the working condition of 750 m3/h flow rate,the opening of the pressure reducing valve gradually decreases and the adjust-ment is unstable under the PID control mode.After disassembling the valve,it is found that the cause of the failure damages the lower part of the labyrinth valve cage.Through the analysis of the working prin-ciple of the pressure reducing valve,it is found that the reason for the damage of the cage is that the valve core is subject to the double effects of the impurity abrasion and the fluid cavitation in the pipeline at the same time.According to the specific situation,the maintenance methods of block damaged flow passage and invert valve cage are selected.By comparing the change of the characteristic curve of the pressure reducing valve before and after maintenance,it could be seen that both methods can meet the current working condition of the pipeline,and the actual working state of the pressure reducing valves run smoothly and returned to normal after maintenance also.At last,the practicability and adaptability of the maintenance modes are evaluated,it is concluded that it has a great guiding significance for do-mestic equipment research and development work.
