摘要
风眩理论最早见于《黄帝内经》,病名成形于《诸病源候论·风头眩候》,发展于明清两代,经现代医家的不断发展而逐渐完善,最终在近现代得以创新及规范。中医历史源远流长,对风眩的文献记载颇多,历代医家认识不尽相同,但殊途同归。文章从病名、病因病机、证治入手,对历代医籍中有关风眩病的病证论述进行整理研究,考镜源流,寻找其学术起源和规律脉络,以期为临床治疗风眩提供理论依据。
The theory of wind vertigo,first found in Huangdi Neijing and formed in General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases Wind Vertigo Syndromes,was developed in the Ming and Qing dynasties and has been perfected gradually with modern physicians studying,it is innovated and standardized in modern times finally.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history,and there are many literatures about dizziness due to wind pathogen.Regarding its disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes,and treatments as the breakthrough points,this article sorts out and researches on the symptoms and syndromes related to wind vertigo in the medicinal books over the dynasties,examines its source and course,and explores its academic origin and development,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of wind vertigo.
