摘要
由于当时国家环保政策方面的原因,早期的循环流化床锅炉氮氧化物排放初始浓度相对较高。随着国家环保超低排放政策的推行,早期的循环流化床锅炉如何确保烟气达标排放,又能保证锅炉安全、高效、稳定运行,成为循环流化床锅炉使用厂家重点关注的问题。文章结合公司一台早期的220吨高温高压循环流化床锅炉运行中存在的问题及实施低氮燃烧技术改造的实际经验,分析降低循环流化床锅炉氮氧化物排放浓度的主要方法。
The early circulating fluidized bed boiler had the initial concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions to the national environmental protection policy was relatively high.At present,with the implementation of the national environmental protection ultralow emission policy,how to ensure the early circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas emission standard and ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of the boiler has become the key concern of the manufacturer of circulating fluidized bed boiler.This paper combines the problems of the a boiler with high temperature and high pressure and the practical experience of low nitrogen combustion technology.
