摘要
以某4#中介轴承为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)有限元技术分析润滑油在轴承内部间隙的流动特性,输油孔直径对轴承总输油量的影响,当量输油量及引导间隙对保持架润滑的影响。结果表明:增加输油孔数量可线性增加总输油量,并且可使轴承各零件的润滑更均匀;增加输油孔直径能够改善轴承内润滑油流场;引导间隙的大小对进入轴承内的润滑油流量几乎没有影响,但引导间隙过大无法保证对保持架的润滑效果。
Taking a No.4 intermediate bearing as the research object,the flow characteristics of lubricating oil in clearance of the bearing,the influence of diameter of oil delivery holes on total oil delivery of the bearing,the influence of equivalent oil delivery and guiding clearance on lubrication of cage are analyzed by using finite element method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The results show that:increasing the number of oil delivery holes can linearly increase total oil delivery,and can make the lubrication of each part of the bearing more uniform;increasing the diameter of oil delivery holes can improve flow field of lubricating oil in the bearing;the size of guiding clearance has little effect on flow of lubricating oil into bearing,but too large guiding clearance cannot guarantee the lubrication effect to cage.
