摘要
介绍了离心泵轴承的结构,分析了轴承故障的原因和轴承的润滑方式,尝试进行改造。改造完成后,新结构轴承润滑效果较好,运行稳定。当外部稀油站系统故障时,短期内轴承仍能由甩油环提供润滑油,不至于轴承崩坏。此外,改造成本较低,新结构安全可靠。
This paper introduces the bearing structure and failure of centrifugal pump,analyzes the causes of bearing failure and the lubrication mode of bearing,and tries to carry out transformation.After the transformation,the lubrication effect of the new structure bearing is better and the operation is stable.When the external thin oil station system fails,the bearing can still be provided with lubricating oil by the oil slinger in a short period of time,so as not to cause bearing collapse.In addition,the transformation cost is low and the new structure is safe and reliable.
