摘要 为推进智慧水利建设,选择江都四站开展泵站智慧巡检系统建设试点。通过智慧巡检机器人、无线测振传感器、大数据平台等技术集成研发,实现了对主电机受油器、集电环、碳刷、上油缸以及电机水泵各部位的振动,温度值的采集、分析、预警,并通过大数据平台对数据进一步处理,从而诊断出机组运行健康状态。该泵站智慧巡检系统的建设实践,对其他泵站开展智能化改造有一定借鉴意义。 Four stations in Jiangdu are selected to carry out the pilot construction of the pumping station intelligent inspection system in order to promote the construction of intelligent water conservancy.The main motor is vibrated by the oiler,the collector ring,the carbon brush,the upper oil cylinder and the motor water pump through integrated research and development of intelligent inspection robots,wireless vibration detection sensor,big data platforms and other technologies.The temperature value can be collected,analyzed and early warned.The data is further processed through the big data platform so as to diagnose the healthy running state of the unit.The construction practice of the pumping station intelligent inspection system can be used as a reference for other pumping stations to carry out intelligent transformation.
