摘要
粗银粉中杂质Pb、Bi、Sb含量的控制主要在于减少分银渣穿滤量。粗银粉中杂质Cu、Te含量的控制主要在于控制分银渣穿滤量和还原过程。选取自动反洗表面过滤器对分银液精细过滤,效果很好。分银液通过精细过滤后,粗银粉中对Pb的除杂率为94.5%;对Bi的除杂率为90.6%;对Sb的除杂率为97.4%;对Cu的除杂率为66.7%;对Te的除杂率为67.4%,粗银粉的品位由95.33%提高到98.4%。
The control of the content of impurities Pb,Bi and Sb in the coarse silver powder is mainly to reduce the amount of silver slag permeation.The control of the content of Cu and Te in the coarse silver powder is mainly controlled by the filtration amount and reduction process of the silver slag.The automatic backwashing surface filter is selected to finely filter the silver liquid,which is very effective.After the fine silver liquid was finely filtered,the impurity removal rate of Pb in the crude silver powder was 94.5%;the impurity removal rate of Bi was 90.6%;the impurity removal rate of Sb was 97.4%;and the impurity removal rate of Cu was 66.7%.The removal rate of Te was 67.4%,and the grade of crude silver powder was increased from 95.33%to 98.4%.
