摘要 采用99.995%银粉浇铸成阳极板,钛板作为阴极,电解液温度在30~35℃,电流密度为400~450 A/m^2,银离子浓度为200~250 g/L,酸度为40~60 g/L,同极间距为145~175 mm,槽电压为1~3 V,电解周期为2~3 d,利用电解精炼法可以制备出99.999%以上的高纯银。高纯银的生产容易受到机械夹带、物理吸附等因素的污染,电解液中杂质含量的控制是关键,有利于高纯银稳定的生成。以1~#银为加工原料进行核算,总加工成本为3.45元/kg。 Adopt 99.995%silver powder to cast into anode plate,titanium plate as cathode,electrolyte temperature is 30~35℃,current density is 400~450 A/m^2,silver ion concentration is 200~250 g/L,acidity is 40~60 g/L,the homopolar spacing is 145~175 mm,the cell voltage is 1~3 V,and the electrolysis period is 2~3 days.Using the electrolytic refining method,more than 99.999%high-purity silver can be prepared.The production of high-purity silver is easily contaminated by factors such as mechanical entrainment and physical adsorption.The control of the impurity content in the electrolyte is the key,which is conducive to the stable production of high-purity silver.Taking No.1 silver as the processing raw material for calculation,the total processing cost is 3.45 yuan/kg.
