高桩承台式海上风机施工期封底混凝土分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 以某海上风电场典型高桩承台基础的封底混凝土施工为研究背景,利用ANSYS中面-面接触单元,建立钢管桩与封底混凝土间的三维有限元接触模型,研究粘结滑移对封底混凝土应力的影响。计算结果表明:两种模型计算结果差距明显,高桩承台基础不考虑桩与封底混凝土粘结滑移时,封底混凝土拉应力偏小,设计偏危险,不利于结构的安全性;考虑桩与封底混凝土粘结滑移后,桩周拉应力增大尤为明显,故有必要采用更符合实际的接触单元建模方式。 Taking the construction of the bottoming concrete of a typical high-pile cap foundation in an offshore wind farm as background,the surface-surface contacting element in ANSYS is adopted to establish a three-dimensional finite element contact model between the steel piles and the bottoming concrete for studying the impact of bond slip on bottoming concrete stress.The calculation results of the two models are obviously different.When the high-pile cap foundation does not consider the bond slip between the pile and the bottoming concrete,the tensile stress of the bottoming concrete is smaller and the design scheme is dangerous,which is not conducive to the safety of the structure.By comparison,the tensile stress around the piles increase obviously after considering the bond slip,so it is necessary to adopt the contact elements to simulate the bond slip,which makes the model built more in line with the actual situation.
