摘要
以开发利用现状为基础,总结我国中小型抽水蓄能电站发展特点、功能效益和存在问题。通过梳理站点资源情况和建设条件,结合新的发展形势,从系统需求空间、技术可行性和开发经济性等方面,分析我国中小型抽水蓄能电站建设的必要性。秉持“因地制宜、需求导向、经济合理”的基本原则,合理评估中小型抽水蓄能电站的发展潜力,探讨发展思路,以期为抽水蓄能行业科学有序发展提供参考。
Based on the data analysis of operation and construction,the development characteristics,functional benefits and existing problems of small and medium-scale pumped-storage power stations in China are summarized.Facing the new phase of development,the scale of site resources and construction conditions of typical small and medium-scale pumped-storage power stations are carefully studied,and the construction necessity of small and medium-scale pumped-storage power stations is analyzed from the aspects of the requirement capacity of power system,technical feasibility and development economy.Based on the basic provisions of resource-coordinating,requirements-oriented and appropriate economy,the development potentials of small and medium-scale pumped-storage power stations are evaluated,and the promoting methods for reasonable development are also proposed in order to ensure the sustainable development of pumped-storage power station in China.
