摘要
农民工返乡创业是新时期我国实现农村振兴和农业农村现代化的重要力量,但现实中仍存在农民工主动返乡创业的比重低、创业整体水平不高、返乡创业本土融入性弱、当地扶持农民工返乡创业政策环境不佳等个体与创业生态层面的问题。因此,基于系统论和生态学理论,探索构建包含创业参与主体、创业资源要素和创业环境的农民工返乡创业生态系统及其运行机制与优化路径,以吸引更多农民工返乡创业,提升创业成功率,助推全面建成农业农村现代化。
Migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses is an important force for China to realize rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization in the new period.However,there are still some problems in the individual and entrepreneurial ecological aspects,such as the low proportion of migrant workers actively returning home for entrepreneurship,the overall level of entrepreneurship is not high,the local integration of entrepreneurship is weak,and the policy environment of local support for migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses is not good.Therefore,based on the system theory and ecological theory,this paper explores the construction of migrant workers'Entrepreneurship ecosystem and its operation mechanism and optimization path,including the main body of entrepreneurship participation,entrepreneurial resource elements and entrepreneurial environment,so as to attract more migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses,improve the success rate of entrepreneurship,and promote the comprehensive construction of agricultural and rural modernization.
