摘要
企业是推动社会经济发展的关键因素,企业发展受到影响势必会干扰国家经济发展的稳定性,因此,必须采取相应措施来保障企业的健康稳定发展。信息化时代的到来为企业管理工作带来了重要的影响,转变了传统的管理理念和管理手段,为企业的发展提供了新的动力。基于此,本文分析了在信息化时代下企业管理方法的创新策略,以期可以为企业管理体系改革提供参考。
Enterprises are a key factor in promoting social and economic development.The impact of enterprise development will inevitably interfere with the stability of national economic development.Therefore,corresponding measures must be taken to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.The advent of the information age has brought an important impact on corporate management,changed traditional management concepts and management methods,and provided new impetus for the development of enterprises.Based on this,this article analyzes the innovation strategy of enterprise management methods in the information age,hoping to provide a reference for the reform of enterprise management system.
