摘要
目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)继发黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年12月在汕头博德眼科医院确诊为RVO继发黄斑水肿的患者100例(100眼),根据治疗方法不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例(50眼);两组患者均每月玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗,共3次,观察组患者同时口服复方血栓通胶囊。评估两组患者治疗前和治疗后1、2、3个月眼压、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)变化。结果:经过3个月治疗,两组患者眼压均在正常范围,治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者BCVA均较治疗前提高,且观察组各个时点的BCVA均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者CMT值均较治疗前降低,且观察组各个时点的CMT值均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,两组患者均未发生药物不良反应。结论:复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物,可显著减轻RVO继发的黄斑水肿,改善患者视力。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsules combined with intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF in cases with retinal vein occlusion.Methods A total of 100 cases(100 eyes)diagnosed as macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion were collected.All cases were divided into treatment group and control group.there were 50 eyes in each group.Both groups were given injection of ranibizumab(0.5 mg/0.05 mL)every month for 3 times and the observation group was additionally treated with oral ad ministration of compound Xueshuantong capsules.The changes of the Best Corrected Visual Acuity(BCVA)and Central Macular Thickness(CMT)before treatment and in the 1st,2nd and 3rd month after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After 3 months treatment,the intraocular pressure in 2 groups were normal,and there was no statistical significance before and after treatment(P>0.05).The values of BCVA in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months,treatment,the CMT in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the value at each time point in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no adverse reaction related to the medication in the two groups.Conclusion The therapy of compound Xueshuantong capsules combined with intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF can significantly decrease macular edema in RVO patients,and improve their visual acuity effectively.
