摘要 国内石油化工工程建设日益复杂,电气安装设计中电缆桥架和灯具在复杂的化工环境中经常与管线、结构物发生碰撞,导致后期施工的难度和成本增加。目前,三维软件广泛应用于化工设计行业,在设计过程中通过三维软件的同步建模可准确模拟实际的化工工程施工现场,检查出电缆桥架等电气设备的碰撞问题,有效提高设计效率,为后期电气的安装施工质量和管理提供可靠保证。 Domestic petrochemical engineering construction is becoming more and more complex.In the electrical installation design,cable trays and lamps often collide with pipelines and structures in a complex chemical environment,which leads to increased difficulty and cost in later construction.At present,3D software is widely used in the chemical design industry.In the design process,the synchronous modeling of the 3D software can accurately simulate the actual chemical engineering construction site,check out the collision problems of electrical equipment such as cable trays,effectively improve the design efficiency,and provide a reliable guarantee for the later electrical installation and construction quality and management.
