电缆敷设和管路桥架三维设计在抽水蓄能电站的应用 被引量:7

摘要 抽水蓄能电站厂内综合管线复杂,风管、水管、电缆桥架、埋管间交叉问题突出,根据以往工程经验来看,传统的平面二维设计无法实现空间上的最优布置,无法实现电缆敷设最短路径和电缆桥架容积率的合理匹配,现场安装、管理难度大。本文以清远抽水蓄能电站工程三维建模机电设备及管路桥架设计为实例,介绍其应用情况,分析了三维设计在抽水蓄能电站设计中的优越性,并获得南方电网职工技术创新成果金奖,揭示了国内三维设计在水电行业中的发展趋势及广阔前景。 Pumped storage power plant integrated pipeline complex,wind pipe,water pipe,cable tray,buried pipe crossing problems,previous engineering experience,the traditional two-dimensional design can not achieve the optimal layout of space,reasonable matching can not realize the shortest path and cable laying cable tray volume rate,site installation,management difficulty big. This paper takes Qingyuan pumped storage power station engineering modeling electromechanical equipment and pipeline bridge design as an example,introduces its application,analyzes the three-dimensional design of the pumped storage power station in the superiority of the design,and get the workers Technology Innovation Achievement Award of China Southern Power Grid,revealed in the hydropower industry in the development trend of domestic and broad prospects of 3D design.
