摘要
随着汽车电器化高速发展,电子电器系统复杂度越来越高。出现故障的概率也随之增加,故障分析难度也越来越大。常见的故障有电器功能失效、电器功能故障、电源系统故障、控制器软件故障、电器功能异常消耗电流、特定场景下功能失效或异常电流消耗、偶发性的电流消耗等。本文从整车角度阐述汽车常见的馈电故障和故障排查流程。
With the development of automotive electronic and electrical,the electronic sub-system is becoming increasingly more complex.The probability of E/E-failure also increases,as well as the difficulty of fault analysis is becoming more and more difficult.The faults of battery drainage include electrical malfunction,power fed failure,ECU software failure,abnormal current consumption of electrical function,abnormal current consumption in specific scenarios,etc.In this paper,the common automotive battery drainage issue troubleshooting process will be introduced.
