摘要
在整车电子电气系统日趋复杂的情况下,如何控制整车的静态功耗以满足车辆长时间停放后仍能正常起动的要求,成为汽车电气开发者的一大难题。本文通过静态电流问题产生的原因分析,并结合产品开发应用总结了几种创新的方法:通过电源分配设计、在整车模式设计、蓄电池节电机制的设计以及静态电流监测诊断的设计来控制和管理整车的静态电流。
In the increasingly complex situation of the vehicle electrical and electronic system,how to control the quiescent consumption to meet the vehicle after a long period of parking can still start normally become a major problem for automotive electrical developers.This paper summarizes several innovative methods through analysis of the causes of quiescent current problems and the application of product development:the design of power supply,the design of the vehicle mode,the design of the battery power saving mechanism,and the design of the quiescent current monitoring to control and manage the static current of the vehicle.
