摘要
冶金反应工程学是冶金及相关专业的重要课程。为了培养学生运用冶金过程宏观动力学理论分析和解决冶金反应过程问题的能力,有必要有效的将冶金过程宏观动力学知识与冶金工程实际案例结合。针对本课程学习者研究方向较为广泛的现状,教学团队拓展了冶金过程宏观动力学工程实际案例,不仅涉及钢铁冶金、有色冶金等研究领域,还有新能源和资源综合利用等研究方向的相关案例。通过在冶金过程宏观动力学教学过程中应用冶金工程案例分析和讨论,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生进行冶金过程设计、优化和计算的能力。
Metallurgical reaction engineering is an important course in metallurgy and related majors.It is necessary to combine the knowledge of metallurgical macro-kinetics with the practical case of metallurgical engineering effectively in order to cultivate the ability of students to analyze and solve the problems of metallurgical reaction process by using the macrodynamic theory of metallurgical process.The teaching team has expanded the practical cases of metallurgical macro-kinetics not only involving the research fields of iron and steel metallurgy,non-ferrous metallurgy and so on,but also the relevant cases of the research direction of new energy and comprehensive utilization of resources because of the current situation that the research direction of the learners in this course is more extensive.It stimulates interest of students in learning and improves ability of students to design,optimize and calculate metallurgical process by the application of metallurgical engineering case analysis and discussion in the teaching process of metallurgical macro-kinetics.
