蛋白基胶粘剂的国内外研究动态

Research Trends at Home and Abroad about the Protein-Based Adhesives

摘要 随着我国生态文明建设和环境保护基本国策的深入推行,胶粘剂行业对于节能环保产品的开发也越发重视。就生物质资源蛋白质为原料制备无醛胶粘剂进行了综述,特别对近年来国内外关于植物蛋白如大豆蛋白、棉籽蛋白、藻类蛋白和动物蛋白如血胶、骨胶、皮胶原蛋白等作为胶粘剂的研究动态进行了阐述和分析,并展望了大豆蛋白和胶原蛋白下一步研究方向。 With the further implementation of Chinese ecological civilization construction and the basic state policy of the environmental protec-tion, the adhesive industry pays more attention to the development of energy saving and environmental protection products. In this paper, the formalde-hyde-free adhesives prepared using the biomass resources protein as the raw materials are reviewed. Specifically, the research trends at home and abroad about the plant protein and the animal protein used as adhesive in recent years are expounded and analyzed, such as the soy protein, the cot-tonseed protein, the algae protein, the blood glue, the bone glue, the leather glue and so on. The future research direction about the soybean protein and the discarded leather collagen are also prospected.
