摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)或精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)和1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)3种单体为原料,采用PTA及DMT 2种工艺路线,合成出聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG或PCTG).结果表明,实验所选定的复合催化剂能起到较好的催化作用,工艺条件和参数设计合理.确立了CHDM和EG的投料比与共聚比之间的关系.当采用总醇过量较多的DMT法时,CHDM在产物中的摩尔分数远大于其在原料中的摩尔分数,增加87%~128%.该共聚反应的热力学参数与CHDM和EG的共聚比有关,并呈较好的规律性.
Poly(ethylene glycol terephthlate-co-cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate)(PETG or PCTG) was synthesized from dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) or purified terephthalic acid(PTA),ethylene glycol(EG) and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM) by PTA and DMT processes respectively.The results showed that the selected compound catalytic system could well catalyze the polymerization,and the reasonable technical conditions and parameters were designed,the relationship between the ratios of CHDM to EG in feedstock and product was found.When the DMT process was performed,in which the total amount of CHDM and EG was added in excess,the molar percent of CHDM in product far exceed that in feedstock,increasing 87%-128%.The thermodynamic parameters of the reaction were relative with the copolymerization ratio of CHDM and EG,which could show a better regularity.
