摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术分析研究针灸治疗中老年偏头痛的选穴规律与用穴特点。方法通过对针灸治疗中老年偏头痛文献进行全面检索与严格筛选,系统性地收集针灸治疗中老年偏头痛的相关临床研究文献,并建立标准化针灸选穴、用穴数据库,运用SPSS 20.0软件基于数据挖掘技术分析、总结针灸治疗中老年偏头痛的选穴规律及用穴特点。结果本次研究分析共纳入针灸治疗中老年偏头痛相关文献125篇,其中涉及主穴选穴方案125例,配穴选穴方案61例。在选穴用穴中诸文献以头部穴位居多,主穴选择中以胆经穴最为常见,利用系统聚类功能共获取5组腧穴组合方案,而在配穴中多选择四肢穴位,如肝经、胃经、脾经等,利用系统聚类功能共获取6组腧穴组合方案。结论针灸治疗中老年偏头痛在临床上具有广泛的应用,并具备良好的临床疗效与安全性,而通过数据挖掘技术在中医针灸理论的指导下总结科学、合理的选穴规律与用穴特点,可为中老年偏头痛针灸治疗提供更为客观、合理、高效的选穴方案。
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection and acupoint characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of middle-aged and elderly migraine based on data mining. Methods Through the comprehensive search and strict screening of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of middle-aged and elderly migraine,systematic collection of modern Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment of middle-aged and elderly migraine related clinical research literature,and the establishment of standardized acupuncture point selection and point using database,using SPSS 20.0 software based on data mining technology to analyze and summarize the acupuncture treatment of middle-aged and elderly migraine rules and acupoint characteristics. Results A total of 125 articles related to TCM acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of middle-aged and elderly migraine were included in this study,including 125 cases of main point selection scheme and 61 cases of matching point selection scheme. In the selection of acupoints,most of the literatures are head acupoints,and the gallbladder meridian is the most commonly used in the selection of main acupoints;five groups of acupoint combination schemes were obtained by using the system clustering function. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has a wide range of clinical applications in treatment of middle-aged and elderly migraine,and has good clinical efficacy and safety. The data mining technology is used to summarize the scientific and reasonable acupoint selection rules and characteristics under the guidance of acupuncture theory of TCM,so as to provide more objective,reasonable and efficient acupoint scheme for acupuncture moxibustion middle-aged and elderly migraine.
