摘要 为解决160 km/h动力集中型电动车组运行过程中,牵引手柄大级位时牵引力瞬间掉零故障,通过综合分析电动车组动力车故障数据,结合网压检测原理、牵引封锁逻辑,得出牵引力瞬间掉零故障原因。针对发生这种故障的原因,提供有效解决措施,为处理动力集中型电动车组牵引力瞬间掉零故障提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of instantaneous zero drop of traction force when the traction handle is in the large level position during the operation of 160 km/h power centralized EMU,the causes of the instantaneous zero drop of traction force are obtained by comprehensive analysis of the fault data,network pressure detection principle and traction blocking logic.In view of the causes of this type of failure,effective solutions are provided,which can provide reference for handling the instantaneous zero drop of traction force of power centralized EMU.
