摘要
Al-Si系合金具有良好的铸造性能和加工性能,且经过变质处理和热处理后,力学性能和抗蚀性能可进一步提高,是应用较为广泛的铸造铝合金。然而,轨道交通、航空航天等领域的快速发展对Al-Si系合金的强塑性能提出了更高要求。挤压铸造铝合金零部件具有各向异性弱、铸造缺陷少和力学性能好等特点,在轨道交通、航空航天等领域的应用前景广阔。对Al-Si系合金(半固态)挤压铸造工艺参数及热处理工艺参数对组织和性能的影响进行了归纳总结,为挤压铸造高性能Al-Si系合金的应用提供借鉴。
Al-Si alloys have excellent casting properties and good processing properties.After modification and heat treatments,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Al-Si alloys can be further improved,which are widely used casting aluminum alloys.However,the rapid development of rail transportation and aerospace has put forward higher requirements for the performance of Al-Si alloys.Squeeze casting Al alloy parts have the advantages of weak anisotropic,fewer casting defects and good mechanical properties,etc.,which have broad prospects for application in rail transportation and aerospace.The effects of(semi-solid)squeeze casting process parameters and heat treatment parameters on microstructural evolution and performance of squeeze casting Al-Si alloys were reviewed,which provided a reference for the preparation of high performance Al-Si alloys by squeeze casting in the future.
