摘要
配电工作面向数量规模庞大的配电网终端设备和线路,为了更好地对设备和线路进行管理,提高精益化管理水平,确保供电可靠性,保障安全,根据配电运行检修的工作特点,提出以线路和设备为依托,重视配电基础数据和全过程管理,收录竣工资料和隐蔽施工记录。在此基础上,搭建配电运维检修平台。该平台的使用能及时更新相关的设备线路信息,达到任何发生在设备和线路的事件全记录的目标。对配电工作进行全覆盖,切实提高配电专业精益化管理水平。
The distribution work is oriented to the large number of distribution network terminal equipment and lines.In order to better manage the equipment and lines,to improve the lean management level,and to ensure the reliability of power supply and the safety,according to the working characteristics of power distribution operation and maintenance,it puts forward that based on the line and equipment,it pays attention to the basic data of distribution and the management of the whole process,including completion data and concealed construction records.On this basis the distribution maintenance and repairing platform are set up.The use of the platform can update the relevant equipment line information in time,which achieves the goal of full record of any events occurring in the equipment and line.It fully covers the distribution work and improves the distribution professional lean management level.
