摘要
近年来我国网约车行业发展迅速,监管却面临重重困难。乘客作为网约车行业的最终服务对象,其监督是对政府监管的重要补充。通过构建乘客参与下网约车平台协同治理的三方演化博弈模型,分析了政府、网约车平台、乘客三方的演化路径和稳定策略。结果表明,乘客监督能够推进管理向积极方向发展,政府应鼓励乘客参与到网约车行业的监管中来,监管理想状态的最终达成离不开三方的共同努力。
In recent years,China’s online car-hailing industry has developed rapidly,but the supervision is faced with many difficulties.As the final service object of the online car-hailing industry,the supervision of passengers is an important supplement to the government supervision.The evolution path and stability strategy of the government,the car-hailing platform and the passengers are analyzed by constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model in which passengers participate in the collaborative governance of the car-hailing platform.The results show that passenger supervision can promote the evolution to a positive direction,and the government should encourage passengers to participate in the regulation of the car-hailing industry.The final achievement of the regulatory ideal cannot be achieved without the joint efforts of the three parties.
