摘要
培养高质量人才是实施创新驱动发展战略和建设创新型国家的核心要素,是科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的重要结合点。没有强大的研究生教育,就没有强大的国家创新体系。医教协同是我国临床医学教育的重大改革,是当前临床专业型研究生培养的主要模式。本文分别从课程设置、授课方式,轮转安排和轮转质量,指导教师负责制,科研与临床协同情况分析了我校现状和存在问题;又在课程教学和科研能力,规范化培训等方面总结了培养模式发展的改革经验和启示,提出了医教协同背景下,下一步培养方向为专业学位研究生培养提供客观量化的依据,并结合本校及相关教学医院对临床医学硕士研究生目前培养方式进行探索,为提高临床医学硕士研究生培养质量制定合理的监控机制,进一步为临床医学专业学位研究生培养提供有利参考进而推进健康中国建设,发挥积极的促进作用和提供有力的支撑。
Cultivating high-quality talents is the core element of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovative country.It is an important combination of the first productive force of science and technology,the first resource of talents,and the first driving force of innovation.Without a strong graduate education,there would be no strong national innovation system.Medical-education collaboration is a major reform of clinical medical education in my country,and it is the main mode of current clinical professional postgraduate training.This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our school from the curriculum setting,teaching method,rotation arrangement and rotation quality,instructor responsibility system,scientific research,and clinical collaboration.It also summarizes the reform experience and enlightenment of the development of the training model in terms of curriculum teaching and scientific research ability,standardized training,etc.It is proposed that under the background of medical education collaboration,the next training direction will provide an objective and quantitative basis for the cultivation of professional degree graduate students.And this paper explores the current training methods of clinical medicine masters combining this school and related teaching hospitals,in order to improve the quality of clinical medicine master’s degree postgraduate training,establish a reasonable monitoring mechanism,and further provide a favorable reference for the training of clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates to promote the construction of a healthy China,play an active role in promoting and provide strong support.
