摘要
饲料企业的知识型员工是推动企业发展的主要动力来源,同时知识型员工的个人需求也呈现出多层次性的特征,渴望得到企业的认可并希望获得一份可靠的职业生涯规划。而目前饲料企业对知识型员工的人力资源管理存在管理理念落后、重要性认识不足等问题。为此本文从薪酬激励、绩效管理、职业生涯规划和员工创造力培训等方面,建立一种客观、全面的人力资源管理策略,以提升饲料企业知识型员工的归属感和忠诚度。
Knowledge workers in feed enterprises are the main driving force to promote the development of enterprises.At the same time,the personal needs of knowledge workers also show the characteristics of multi-level,eager to get the recognition of enterprises and hope to get a reliable career planning.At present,there are still some problems in the human resource management of knowledge-based employees in feed enterprises,such as backward management concept and insufficient understanding of the importance.Therefore,this paper established an objective and comprehensive human resource management strategy from the aspects of salary incentive,performance management,career planning and employee creativity training,In order to enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty of knowledge workers in feed enterprises.
