摘要
为解决常见纬编锦氨产品在抗菌抗病毒及弹力回复方面的缺陷,利用新型冰氨锦纶6与耐高温氨纶进行交织,开发一款新型纬编高弹锦氨面料。详细介绍产品编织工艺、染整工艺和后整理工艺,并测量织物的抗菌性、吸湿快干性、弹性回复率、缩率。结果表明:该锦氨织物具有优异的抗菌、抗病毒特性,较好的弹性回复性和接触凉感,较小的缩率。该面料的成功开发可为复合功能性纬编锦氨面料的开发提供参考。
In order to solve the defects of antibacterial, antiviral and elastic recovery of common weft knitted nylon products, a new type of weft knitted high-elastic nylon fabric was developed by interknitting the new type of polyamide 6 with high-temperature resistant spandex. The knitting process, dyeing and finishing process and finishing process of the product were introduced in detail, and the antibacterial property, hygroscopicity and quick drying properties, elastic recovery rate and shrinkage rate of the fabric were measured. The results show that the polyimide and spandex fabric has excellent antibacterial and antiviral properties, good elasticity recovery and contact cooling,and small shrinkage rate. The successful development of this fabric can provide reference for the development of composite functional weft knitted fabric.
