摘要
锦纶织物酸性染料染色时,存在上染快而造成色花的问题,而匀染剂的加入可以有效改善匀染性问题。文中从匀染剂与染料的相互作用以及匀染剂对锦纶染色吸附等温线,染色亲和力、染色熵、染色热,锦纶染色上染速率曲线,染料扩散系数的影响等方面,探讨了匀染剂在锦纶织物染色中的匀染机理。结果表明,匀染剂对染料一定的增溶效果;匀染剂不改变吸附等温线类型,几乎不影响染色热、染色熵,但降低了染色亲和力;匀染剂降低了染料在锦纶纤维中的扩散系数,增加了扩散活化能,有利于染料的匀染。
Dyeing defect exists in dyeing polyamide by acid dyes because of fast dyeing. It can improve level- ness problem by the addition of levelling agent. The leveling mechanism of levelling agent in dyeing polyamide was discussed from the respects of interaction between levelling agent and dyes, the effects of levelling agent on ad- sorption isotherm, dyeing affinity, dyeing entropy, dyeing heat, dyeing rate curves and dye diffusion coefficient. The results show that levelling agent has certain solubilization for dyes; leveling agent contributes to the decrease of dye affinity but hardly influences the heat and entropy of dyeing. However, leveling agent does not change the type of adsorption isotherm when polyamide fibers are dyed. The addition of leveling agent leads to decrease of dif- fusion coefficient and increase of diffusion activation energy, which is conducive to levelling.
