摘要
目的探讨围绝经期妇女性激素六项对血脂四项水平的影响和意义。方法选取2019年1—12月于本院体检的围绝经期妇女120例,根据年龄分为低龄组(45~55岁)与高龄组(56~65岁),各60例。同时选取年龄25~45岁的健康女性60名作为对照组。比较3组雌二醇(E2)、促黄体素(LH)、孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)与血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的相关性。结果对照组、低龄组、高龄组E2、PRL、HDL-C水平呈逐渐降低趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、低龄组、高龄组LH、P、FSH、T、TC、TG、LDL-C水平呈逐渐升高趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);围绝经期妇女性激素六项与血脂四项均具有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期妇女血脂异常发生率高,且血脂水平受激素水平的影响。
Objective To explore the influence and significance of six sexual hormones on four levels of blood lipids in perimenopausal women.Methods 120 perimenopausal women who received physical examination in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.According to their age,they were divided into the younger group(45-55 years old)and the older group(56-65 years old),with 60 cases in each group.At the same time,60 healthy women aged 25-45 were selected as the control group.The correlation between estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and serum total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),triglyc-eride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)was compared among three groups.Results The levels of E2,PRL and HDL-C in the control group,the low age group and the old age group decreased gradually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of LH,P,FSH,T,TC,TG and LDL-C in the control group,the younger age group and the old age group increased gradually,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the six items of sexual hormones in perimenopausal women were significantly correlated with four items of blood lipids(P<0.05).Conclusion The inci-dence of dyslipidemia in perimenopausal women is high,and the level of blood lipid is affected by hormone level.
