摘要
为提高高校档案管理工作效率,介绍了Word中邮件合并功能,探讨了高校档案管理工作中应用邮件合并功能的必要性和可行性。以档案案卷封面为例,介绍邮件合并功能的实施步骤和操作流程,以及邮件合并功能的适用范围和应用技巧。提出将办公软件高级功能的使用纳入部门考核评价体系、开展办公软件使用的技能竞赛等建议,以提高高校档案管理工作效率和服务水平。
In order to improve the efficiency of university archives management,this paper introduces the mail merge function in Microsoft Word,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of applying the mail merge function in university archives management.Taking the cover of archives as an example,this paper introduces the implementation procedures and operation process as well as the application scope and skills of mail merge function.It proposes that the use of advanced functions of office software should be included in the department evaluation system,and skill competitions for office software use should be launched.Through the formulation and implementation of the system,the efficiency and service level of archives management in colleges and universities can be improved.
