严寒地区电厂冷态启动优化研究

摘要 由于我国西北和东北地区冬季寒冷,机组停运期间极易由于管道结冻导致无法正常启动。因此,某电厂进行了防寒改造,对汽轮机、锅炉和化学水处理设备进行优化,解决了机组冬季冷态启动问题,提高了机组的安全性,达到了节能减排的目的。 Due to the cold winter in Northwest and Northeast of China,it is very common that the unit cannot start normally due to frozen pipeline during shutdown,which will not only shorten the service life of the unit,but also lead to energy waste and increase pollution emissions.In this paper,taking a power plant in Northeast of China as an example,the cold start-up problem of the unit in winter is solved through the cold-proof transformation and optimization of steam turbine,boiler and chemical water treatment equipment,so the safety of the unit is improved and the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.
