摘要
随着电网机组调峰的需要,越来越多的大容量机组参与调峰,加之电厂提质增效的要求,减少机组启动时间已成为火电机组的改进目标,而减少热态冲洗时间成为制约减少机组启动时间的关键因素。本文介绍了某电厂660 MW机组邻机加热系统采用相邻机组往启动机组的2号高压加热器(下文简称高加)供汽,以此来提高给水温度,减少热态冲洗的时间,加速机组的启动,通过应用过程对给水温度、空预器出口温度、汽水分离器出口温度、冲洗时间等相关数据的分析,发现邻机加热系统的投入运行,不仅提高了锅炉启动过程的安全性,而且创造了较大的经济效益和社会效益。
With the need of peak shaving of power grid units,more and more high-capacity units participate in peak shaving,coupled with the requirements of improving quality and efficiency of power plants,reducing unit start-up time has become the improvement goal of thermal power units,and reducing hot flushing time has become the key factor restricting the reduction of unit start-up time.This paper introduces that the adjacent unit heating system of 660 MW Unit in a power plant uses the adjacent unit to supply steam to the No.2 high-pressure heater of the starting unit(hereinafter referred to as high-pressure heater),so as to improve the feed water temperature,reduce the hot flushing time and accelerate the start-up of the unit.Through the application process,the relevant data such as feed water temperature,air preheater outlet temperature,steam water separator outlet temperature and flushing time are analyzed,It is found that the operation of adjacent machine heating system not only improves the safety of boiler start-up process,but also creates great economic and social benefits.
