Objective To study the effect of the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods Data were collected from 60 CSR patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to Feburary 2021.Using a random number table method, they were divided into the reference group(conventional nursing,n=30)and the pathway group(Chinese medicine nursing clinical pathway,n=30),and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in quality of life, cervical spine mobility and clinical indicators before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing, compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher MOS 36-item short form health survey score;the cervical spine flexion and extension range increased, and the cervical scoliosis and rotation range decreased. The CASCS score was higher and the VAS score was lower;the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),χ2=5.1923,P=0.0226,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical path of TCM nursing can improve the nursing effect of this disease and promote the recovery of cervical spine function.
