摘要
“双心疾病”是指患有心血管疾病的患者常合并焦虑、抑郁等精神心理障碍。以中医的整体观念为理论指导,基于心主血脉与主神明的双重生理功能,陈晓虎教授认为瘀血内阻、心神失调是“双心疾病”的核心病机,倡导双心同调,主张运用活血安神法治疗“双心疾病”,发挥中医整体调节的优势以达到协调脏腑,平衡阴阳的目的。本文总结了陈晓虎教授运用活血安神法治疗“双心疾病”的经验,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。
"Double Heart Disease" refers to patients who suffer from cardiovascular disease often have mental and psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression. Guided by the holistic concept of Chinese medicine and based on the dual physiological functions of the heart as the main blood vessel and the main god,Professor Chen Xiao-hu believes that the internal resistance of blood stasis and mental disturbance are the core pathogenesis of "Double Heart Disease". He advocates the use of activating blood to calm the nerves to treat "Double Heart Disease" and taking advantage of the overall adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine to achieve the purpose of harmonizing viscera and balancing Yin and Yang. This review summarizes Professor Chen Xiaohu’s experience in using the method of activating blood to soothe the nerves to treat "Double Heart Disease",to provide a new idea for clinical treatment.
