摘要
为打好高原特色农业这张牌,云南省将茶叶、花卉、水果、蔬菜、中药材、咖啡、坚果、肉牛作为全省八大重点产业,全力打造世界一流"绿色食品牌",产业基础得到进一步夯实。但云南省的农产品供给仍以初级产品为主,精深加工综合实力较弱成为其打造"绿色食品牌"的瓶颈和制约因素。通过分析云南省高原特色农业发展定位、特色农产品资源优势以及精深加工产业链中存在的问题,提出了制定农产品精深加工业专项规划、完善园区体系建设、强化科技支撑等提升云南省农产品精深加工水平的建议。
In order to play the brand of plateau characteristic agriculture,taking tea,flowers,fruits,vegetables,traditional Chinese medicine,coffee,nuts and beef cattle as the eight key industries,Yunnan province strives to create world-class green food brands,and the industrial foundation is further improved and consolidated.However,the supply of agricultural products in Yunnan province is still dominated by primary products,and the weak comprehensive strength of agricultural products processing has become the bottleneck and restriction of creating green food brand.Through analyzing the development orientation of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan province,the resource advantages of characteristic agricultural products,and the problems existing in the intensive processing industry chain,suggestions on improving the level of intensive processing of agricultural products in Yunnan province were put forward from formulating special plans for intensive processing of agricultural products,improving industrial park system construction,and strengthening scientific and technological support.
