摘要
采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了9份云南紫苏地方品种的酯酶同工酶,结果表明:这9份紫苏品种存在着6种酶谱类型,并且聚合成5支,支持将云南省紫苏属植物分成回回苏、紫苏、耳齿紫苏、野生紫苏和白苏5个变种的观点。
Esterase isozyme of 9 samples from Perilla frutescence (L.) Britton in Yunnan was analyzed by using Acrylamide Gel Electrophoresis. The results showed that there were 6 esterase isozyme types in 9 samples of Perilla. The result of Cluster Analysis of esterase isozyme showed that 9 samples could be divided into 5 groups and supported the view of dividing perilla frutescence in Yunnan into 5 varieties.
