摘要
随着改革开放的深化与经济发展的持续,我国的城镇化进程正在逐步加快,城镇化水平有了巨大的提高,人口市民化的比率逐年提升。但是与经济发展和工业化的水平相比,我国的城镇化水平还比较低,在转移的过程中存在着一些问题,如城乡分离的户籍制度、就业歧视、社会保障制度不健全、土地政策的缺失等。针对存在的问题,国家要完善相关的法律法规,推进户籍制度改革,在此基础上健全社会保障制度,建立统一的劳动力市场。
With my country’s reform and opening up and economic development,my country’s urbanization process is steadily advancing,the level of urbanization has been greatly improved,and the rate of population urbanization is increasing year by year.However,compared with the level of economic development and industrialization,my country’s urbanization level is still relatively low.There are some problems in the process of transfer,such as the separation of urban and rural household registration system,employment discrimination,incomplete social security system,and lack of land policies.Wait.In response to existing problems,the state should improve relevant laws and regulations,promote the reform of the household registration system,and on this basis,improve the social security system and establish a unified labor market.
