健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的作用分析

摘要 目的:分析对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施健康教育的应用价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组接受常规干预;试验组接受健康教育。比较两组患者自我干预能力评分。结果:试验组自我干预、健康知识、自我概念及自我责任感评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者需要接受长期治疗,利用健康教育可以提升患者自我干预水平,控制病情发展,提升治疗效果。 Objective:To analyze the value of health education in COPD patients.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,70 cases of patients with COPD were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention.The experimental group received health education.The self-intervention ability scores of patients between two groups was compared.Results:The scores of self-intervention,health knowledge,self-concept and self-responsibility in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:COPD patients need long-term treatment.Health education can help to improve their self-intervention level,better control the development of the condition and improve the treatment effect.
